Spent Xmas at this hotel and the decorations were amazing, it truly put us in the festive mood. The room was cozy and we loved the comfortable bed and pillows. The location was perfect as it was just a short walk away from the main square where most of the attractions were. We appreciated the free bottle of water in the room, and the staff were polite and friendly.
Our breakfast experience was disappointing, the options were limited and not the best quality. The noise level in the hotel was quite high, we could hear people walking up and down the stairs and talking in the hallway which made sleeping difficult. The heater in the room was too warm, and we couldn't turn it off, which made us quite uncomfortable at times. we enjoyed our stay but it was a shame that we couldn't sleep well and the breakfast didn't meet our expectations.

Room was nicely decorated and the bathroom was huge! The location was great, just a short walk to the main square and all the restaurants. The rooftop terrace had a beautiful view of the city.
The staff didn't seem very welcoming or friendly, which put a bit of a damper on our stay. The breakfast was not very good, with limited options and cold food.

Despite these minor setbacks, we greatly appreciated the hotel's gorgeous architecture and prime location. It was incredibly easy to explore the surrounding area and enjoy the local cuisine. The hot showers were a delightful way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations, offering a wide variety of fresh pastries, juices, and fruits. Additionally, the view from the rooftop terrace provided a breathtaking perspective of the nearby countryside.
We were disheartened by the lack of enthusiasm from the reception upon arrival and the inconvenient room temperature. The breakfast options fell short of our expectations, with stale fruit and unappetizing pastries.
